At Newquay Camping, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor fashion and gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our online returns center to select the items you wish to send back and receive a unique RMA number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include your completed return form inside the parcel.
Post the Parcel
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
